Design for Any Space

I have been both a residential and commercial customer of Diebolt for the past many years and a customer of Rich Hawk’s for many more years before that. Our loyalty can simply be accredited to the reliability of our ongoing relationship. The common and the ordinary is accomplished without fuss or fanfare or the need for constant communication and the new, the extraordinary and the special are creative, always effective and executed at a cost that is appropriate to the quality of the work. If you have not worked with Diebolt, I strongly recommend you give them an opportunity. You will be pleased.

When the work is performed the Diebolt workers perform with a high concern for doing a quality job and have never left our property without everything being in immaculate condition, leaving no area of concern.

I have been dealing with Diebolt Landscaping since 2016. They are competent, reliable, and do a great job of maintaining my property. This spring I needed help with landscaping and I was introduced to Rich Hawk, their Landscape Designer. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and a great help selecting plants that would do well and be appealing to the eye.It was a good experience. I would recommend Diebolt’s Landscaping for all your landscaping needs.

Work is done in accordance with the annual proposal 4. Our property always looks great when the work is completed 5. When new plantings are discussed, your suggestions are helpful We have recommended your services and will continue to do so without reservation.

Diebolt Landscaping was a pleasure to work with. They were very patient from beginning to end and flexible with time. I changed my mind on some things here and there and they were more than understanding through the entire process. Their communication and professionalism from the top to the bottom made everything an enjoyable experience. We are very pleased with the work that was done and we would highly recommend Diebolt Landscaping to everyone.

We could not be happier with our final product! Rich was able to come up with a plan to accommodate our budget and then he revised the plan MANY times to meet our HOA and township regulations. If I hadn’t chosen Diebolt, I believe we still wouldn’t have a patio to this day!… I would highly recommend them to anyone! In fact I did and my neighbors have a gorgeous space as well!

We have worked with Rich Hawk for many years and have appreciated his concerns for our wants and needs. Our landscape work has always been done on a timely basis with thought given to not trying to charge for work that wasn’t needed. The work crews are hard working and pleasant. I would recommend Diebolt to anyone needing good landscaping work done.

We love the work Diebolt did for us. We get lots of compliments from the neighbors too! Rich was knowledge, reliable and helpful. He took the time to explain things and also spent time at our property when the work was being done. He provided a diagram of the job, including details on costs etc. It was a real pleasure working with Rich! We would definitely recommend Diebolt.

The job was completed in 2-1/2 days. During that period, the crew cleaned the area up and neatly stacked their tools as much out of the way as possible. They even put our fence back up to be sure our dogs couldn’t escape the yard. The plans were followed to a “T”, the plants that were installed were healthy and exactly what was described & shown in pictures. Their designer was excellent to work with and took the time out of his weekend schedule to come explain his design and answer our questions before we signed the contract. The designer listened to our needs and wants and honestly came up with a plan that fits our style and life style. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We will recommend Diebolt Landscaping to everyone and absolutely use them again.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
An existing retaining wall was reconfigured to include steps out into our yard. A paver pad was included at the base of the steps, a new decorative curved wall was added, the entire area was graded to encourage the flow of water, and the entire area was landscaped.

The service that was provided by Diebolt was excellent. We found that it was a success due to the details that the crew & the designer put into the patio. We are very happy with the end product and would recommend their service to anyone. What made it a success was the prep work prior by the designer and the experience crew who created the vision that we as a customer saw.

We love our retaining wall. Our yard is so much bigger! We appreciate all of your hard work. Our neighbors even commented on how efficient you guys were and how well you cleaned everything up! We had your company added to our neighborhood associations list of recommended companies/ contractors.

Diebolt Landscaping rocks! The execution of their work from the design phase to the install is outstanding. They have a wealth of knowledge about plants and materials to use. Their vision is truly focused on exceeding the customer’s expectations. Always professional, trustworthy and courteous. Excellent crews and supervision oversight. Great follow-up! We have been overjoyed!

Pete and his crew are the ultimate professionals and aim to please. I can’t even begin to express my appreciation for Pete’s vision and delivery of that vision. His crew is professional and respectful. I would highly recommend Diebolt Landscape Co.

Great company, great workers, great work. Rich is so helpful and answered all our questions, even if they were not attached to the job. We will definitely hire them in the future.
