Our History with Hardscaping
In the early 1980’s Diebolt pursued other paving surface options. There was a great push for clay pavers but they were not suitable for heavy pedestrian or vehicular use. We began using a concrete paver manufacturer from Western New York and initiated what is now a saturated paver industry in our area.
There are many different “hardscape” products available. Diebolt prefers to offer you the full range of applicable materials for your review first. Once discussing plans, we assist you in narrowing down the desired final installation. Water Features
The ambient sound of running water can be so relaxing and soothing! It can be in the form of a babbling brook to a “salmon stream” with splashing falls, or just a small fountain in a recirculating pond. For the lowest maintenance, a “Pondless” water feature can be constructed so just the water in a typically running form is seen. The reservoir, pump and controls remain beneath the surface. All of our ponds are fed with a level sensor to automatically maintain the water level due to loss from evaporation. Choose us for an experienced and creative installer of water features.
Construction
Part of the “Outdoor Room” can often be a structure such as a pergola, patio roof, trellis, and fence. We have found that designing and creating these components in the landscape “in house” is a better way to control the quality, timeliness, and integration to the entire project. Most of the outdoor lighting installed uses a step-down transformer to power the lights using 12 volts for safety. The majority of our lighting systems are now using LED technology for better efficiency and longevity. Seasonal Maintenance
